Polkadots & Moonbeams, longtime 3rd Street purveyor of girly merch and fantastic sales (I bought a pair of Frye boots there once for nearly 75% off), is hosting Brazilian jewelry designer Sheila Fajl Thursday, March 29th from 5:30PM-8:30PM for a trunk show, featuring the designer’s latest. Her big cocktail rings are my favorite, especially combos like the turquoise and gold ring pictured here. Prices are reasonable, ranging from under $50 for some necklaces to $200-plus for Fajl’s showpiece rings. Expect cocktails and hors d’oeuvres to accompany.
