The Mystery of the Red Door

So, what’s going down at 8053 W. 3rd Street? It’s just down the way from Baskin Robbins. The hotrod red door has piqued my interest.

Inside, you can see the innards of a new boutique - a bunch of clothes haphazardly on racks and shelves of bags of some sort…

That spot is rented and rerented every few years. I eat breakfast at Quality on the weekends. From Quality there is a good view of Baskin Robbins and the space above.

I think it was built to be offices of some sort.

What I want to know really is what is going to happen to the old Paul Frank location. Why hasn’t there been a for lease sign put up? Why hasn’t anyone moved in there?

    What about Splash?
