If you left indignantly because Hirozen was uncharacteristically closed on a past Saturday and Monday, it’s because our neighborhood sushi spot was getting some work done - namely, a sleek new sushi bar. Raised a half a foot or so, it’s now all the better to see your Spanish mackerel delicately sliced and molded onto a sweet mound of rice before devouring it two seconds later.
