This 1,353-square-foot condo on Orlando Avenue, just north of Melrose, is going for a cool $1.4 million - so, a little more than $1,000 per square foot. The listing description is as follows:

Hip,Contemporary 2/2,w/11 ft Ceilings, Glass Garage Door leading to 350 sq ft Outdoor Patio,Baths of Limestone and Tile, Cement Floors,Giant 6×6 Windows,S/S Appliances,Caesarstone Countertops,Wine Refrig,Utility Room w/ W/D.Security Gated,One of a kind pristine space. Yes, it looks totally awesome, but, jeez, so f*cking expensive! It’s like being kicked in the balls - if I had balls. For the complete listing and some virtual ball-kicking for yourself, click here.

For that price you can get equally nice homes in that area and nicer condos in better areas.

But it does look like a nice place.
