Seriously, what is up with this monstrosity of a building on Sweetzer? It’s the Charles Dizengof Realty building just south of 3rd; if you’re a real estate agent this is not exactly putting your best foot forward - although the building is about as a attractive as a foot. The second floor was built some time ago, and its innards looked about as sturdy as cardboard. You never see anyone actually in the building, only the pieces of paper taped to the window with listings. I say, take the whole thing down and start over, Charles. You’re certainly not raising the value of the ‘hood. Or maybe that’s his big maneuver. Bring down the property value here to boost nearby selling areas. I’ve got my eye on you, Dizengof…

Originally when they started the second floor they hadn’t done anything reinforce the first floor. I think the city caught them and made them start over. That’s when they created this mess. Can you believe that? It’s so horrible.
