Gotta love the way Al Gore has become so f*cking hip on the fashion scene: I profiled the ‘Friends of Al’ Hayden-Harnett tote ($55) in an earlier post; now, available at Intermix ($198), UK label Buddhist Punk has created L.E.N.Y. (Limited Edition New York) - designer collab tees from Christy Turlington to Kate Moss, L’Wren Scott to Helena Christiansen, and others - benefiting Al’s The Climate Project. The price is steep for a tee, but it is for a good cause, as long as you don’t go hungry in the process… although that may be an enticing incentive for some of the females that will want to rock the eco-tops.
