Million-plus Copa Townlofts on Kings Road

June 4th, 2007 · 2 Comments

Check out the Copa Townlofts, four two-bedroom, two-bath, two-parking space 1,800-square-foot units going for $1.1-$1.5 million. Copa is located on Kings Road south of Melrose and north of Rosewood. Each has basically one large 1,000-square-foot open, high-ceilinged space with kitchen and living room, two smallish bedrooms, and two bathrooms which I couldn’t see. The layout is not architecturally interesting at all. The top two floors boast 360-degree views and other pricier amenities. For the full listing, visit pickcanter.com. I don’t understand the person who would buy this. You can find an awesome house, especially with $1.5 mill, in L.A. And what the f*ck is a ‘townloft’ anyway? That term is the gutter.

View from the front door. Kitchen is off to the right.

A view into the big open living space. The door leads to the elevator and four mailboxes.

Looking from the first bedroom into the living area.

The back bedroom.

Living space from the rear of the ‘townloft’; the kitchen and front door are at the end of this picture.

I agree with you. for that price you can find a really nice house in that nieghborhood. For that price you could buy a much nicer condo in a better area. Those photos make the place look like a cheep apartment.

Those ceilings look low and the windows look cheep.
