So, I think you got the idea about how I feel in regard to the male cowl neck. I’m actually a fan of the cowl neck on women. When it plunges, it gives the wearer a pretty neckline, or, like here, when kept closer, it adds a softness that frames the face. This is a fantastic gold knit mini dress by Karen Zambos Vintage Couture ($349, available for pre-order with a 7/30 delivery), which covers up but would look particularly sexy on a shapely bod. I almost totally dismissed the dress because it came in an email with a shot of Lindsay Lohan wearing the dress. Not that it didn’t look good on her. And I don’t even dislike LL. I’m just really over the media machine, which she functions as a spoke in the wheel of. I hate that people would buy this dress, not because it’s a great fashion piece and extremely wearable, but because LL wore it, even though most people would look nothing like LL in the dress - no matter if they colored their hair or wore big shades or got breast implants. Now, I’m bumming myself out. The point is, great dress, period.
