Mmmmm, morning dessert. If you haven’t heard about or, better yet, tasted the delightful goodies by Treat Street - a roving Silver Lake bake sale - Saturday, June 9th is your chance at Micheltorena Street + Dahlia Avenue. The deliciousness commences at 10:00AM and continues until the treats are gone; Treat Street estimates until around 2:00PM, but there are no guarantees. This go-around is dubbed a ‘Family Affair’ in which the bakers have culled together confections from friends’ families’ recipe boxes, negotiating instructions that involves ‘pinches’, ‘dashes’, ’specks’, ‘handfuls’, and the like. Coffee and cocoa will be provided by Intelligentsia!
