This gorgeous image pretty much says it all. Broken English at the Brentwood Country Mart is hosting a shopping event with gems from India Thursday, June 14th from noon-5:00PM. Moghul gems and rose cut diamonds come in the form of necklaces, rings, bracelets, and more and start at around $300. Part of the proceeds will go to the TunaHAKI Foundation, an organization which works to help orphans and vulnerable street children in Africa become self-reliant. You can expect more events such as this one from Broken English owner Laura Freedman, who comes from a non-profit background and continues her efforts through the boutique.
