The Liquid Muse, a.k.a. Natalie Bovis-Nelson, will be mixing up eco-concoctions (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) Tuesday, July 24th, starting at 6:30PM at the X bar at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza. The occasion is her Cocktails 101: Sustainable Sips class ($27.50 per person, plus $5 for parking), where students will learn to prepare, mix, and sip with the best of them using organic and/or all-natural ingredients - including Square One Organic Vodka, Bonterra organic wines, and Fever-Tree all-natural mixers. X bar is providing snacks. Sign up online before July 15th to secure a goodie bag.
