I know everyone is posting about the street fest this weekend, but I just really wanted to post this pic of Morris Day. I don’t think you realize exactly how many hundreds of times I must have watched Purple Rain growing up, most of the time fast-forwarding through all the ‘acting’ to get to the good stuff - meaning the music, not Apollonia’s bodacious ta-tas… Though, as a woman, I can appreciate the bodacious-ness of her ta-tas, too, albeit in a different way, than, say, my 12-year-old male cohorts at the time.
