BLACKBURN AND SWEETZER

I have a tendency to dismiss Crate & Barrel, even though it’s a great place for wedding registrations and gifts and basics. I guess it can just feel a bit boring. Recently, I was looking for a bar tool set for the husband for our anniversary and headed over to Sur La Table, which ended up being surprisingly disappointing as the selection was incredibly limited. I wandered into Crate & Barrel and there it was - an attractive, clean-lined, compact bar tool set for $49.95. When not in use, all the tools fit into the ice bucket for easy storage, but while mixing up a cocktail, you can stand the tools upright and fill the bucket with ice. We still have to take it for a test drive, but it even looks nice just sitting there ready to go.
