I wrote in an earlier post about the comfy greatness of Alternative Apparel tees. The makers of fantastic cotton and cotton-blend toppers has a new eco-friendly line, Alternative Earth, made with either 100% organic cotton or, in the case of its eco-heather, a combo of organic cotton, recycled polyester, and rayon made from naturally occurring polymers. Made for men, women, and kids, the line ranges from $24-$50 and is as soft and well-fitting as its regular Alternative Apparel line. With so much eco-everything these days, shouldn’t we just be changing our ways completely and not call it eco? Shouldn’t it just be the way we do things, period?
