BLACKBURN AND SWEETZER

The stats: three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 1,665 square-feet, and very, very done. Overdone in my opinion, but I’m sure there’s someone out there who would love to move into the hyper-sleekness of this house just north of Oakwood on Kings Road. There’s a one-bedroom over the garage in the back that could be rented out but doesn’t seem to have been redone at all yet. The husband and I didn’t venture out there, so I can’t say for sure. I actually think the house looks better in these pictures because it’s empty; it’s been furnished like a bach pad for showing which I think takes away from it. Either way is a bit much for me.
