Coffee Bean is multiplying on 3rd Street, with a new shop going in on the northeast corner of 3rd Street and Crescent Heights. Because who wants to walk all the way to The Grove or all the way to La Cienega for an Ice Blended? Actually, I’m not big into Coffee Bean, but my guess is it will get more people walking along that stretch.
