BLACKBURN AND SWEETZER

Magenta boutique on 3rd Street, just steps west from Pixie Market, is now opened. It’s actually the second Magenta boutique - the first one is at Koreatown Plaza at 928 S. Western Avenue, an upscale mall which I have to check out. Blast from the past: there’s a friggin’ Benetton there! Labels at the new Magenta on 3rd include Geren Ford, Manoush, Walter, Development, Cynthia Steffe,  lots of belts and roomy bags from Ba&sh, and clutches from Tarah Smith. It’s fairly spare right now, but the shopkeep said there’s much more coming in. Not a lot giving it a real identity at the moment, but it’s only fair to give it a little time.
