At what point does a building just crumble to the ground? This apartment building on Orlando, just north or 3rd, is on its last legs - the second floor literally caving. I know it costs a chunk of chain even to demolish a building; maybe the owner is waiting for a trembler to do it for him/her. It really is a depressing sight. On the other hand, it’s not like I want another Palazzo-esque bohemoth coming in either.

I have been watching this building for the past 6 years and waiting for someone to do something with it. There use to be people living in it but the city I believe marked it as being uninhabitable.
