Was walking down 3rd Street by the space where JL Marks used to be (just west of La Jolla) before JL moved a bit east toward Sweetzer, to find the doors open and two guys doing some work to the outside. When asked, one of the guys said that the owner of the new shop is the Terra on Third owner, Terra just a couple doors east. Does this mean more Terra on Third? Or a new boutique? Whatever the new shop may be in name and merch, if this is true, then the Terra owner will be literally taking up a lot of terra on 3rd.
More Terra on 3rd?
