BLACKBURN AND SWEETZER

I’m digging this new site, justoneplate.com. The premise is great in its simplicity. Feature a chef and one of his/her dishes, replete with the recipe, and ask him/her 10 questions. The photography is topnotch, which is really what pulls it together. Done by creative types Neil Kohan, Max Wanger, and Margaux Elliott, this is something they’ve put together in their spare time, so don’t expect tons of new content everyday, but do check frequently as they seem to have a steady queue of chefs in the works.
