Went to Pizzeria Mozza for the first time on Sunday afternoon. It was 3:00PM and the place was packed and there were no tables available for the rest of the night. We did get to sit at the pizza bar though after about a 20 minute wait. So what’s all the fuss about? Delicious pizza with all kinds of cheeses and cured meats and fresh vegetables on an amazing crust. Even so, I was pretty amazed at how incredibly busy it still is. I doubt there are that many restaurants that busy on a Sunday afternoon in LA. They take reservations 30 days out and had already taken many January 16th reservations that day.

It really is like a machine the way they churn out the pizzas; the guy on the right worked the dough non-stop
