What do you get for $1.5 million (I’m sorry, $1,499,000) these days on Sweetzer? Here it is, lots of photos on Cummins Real Estate! It’s just north of Beverly at 359 North Sweetzer Avenue, and I can’t say it’s worth $1.5 - which is not to say I’d snub my nose at this 3 bedroom/2 bath in a fantastic location, but that jesus, can’t $1.5 get you something spectacular? It should, even in a great locale.

At that price the house would have sold in five minutes about 1.5 years ago. Now the house will likely sit for a few months and may or may not sell. I think if they want to sell it quickly they could probably offer it at 1.2 million.
