Ranging from $285-$900, these shell and gem rings by Mesi Jilly would be a real splurge (vivre.com), but they sure are pretty. Of course, I always love turquoise ($680), but I think in this instance the coral ($815) ring is my favorite.

I just saw three of Jilly’s seashell rings in the December issue of Elle and they are extraordinarily beautiful. At their price range, they’re considered fashion/costume jewelry but they really are miniature works of fine art.

My friend was wearing something very similar a few months ago… looked gorgeous on her! She got it from By Milena (www.bymilena.com). They have sea shell rings like these in different styles.
