Palazzo ‘Celebrates’ End of WGA Strike

The Palazzo - that monstrosity of an apartment complex on 3rd Street - just proved it could get even lamer. The Park La Brea extension has posted congratulatory signs that the WGA strike is over, an overt ploy to boost sales with its ‘union member move-in special’. I’m hoping all those writers are intelligent about their rental negotiations as well, because that place is an overpriced nightmare. $5,225 for a three bedroom? There? I don’t think so.

Umm it’s not an extension of Park La Brea.
