Another Pinkberry-esque yogurt spot has opened up, this time at the Beverly Connection. I did the honors of trying it out, topped with fresh blueberries, and I give it two thumbs up. It has that slightly sour plain yogurt taste of Pinkberry, but a bit sweeter. The toppings were fresh, and the young woman helping me noted that blueberries were particularly good right now. The place also has three Mac’s at the side of the store that are hooked up to the Internet and available for free for customers, which is pretty cool. Forget to ask about wireless though. Snowpod will be opening up a second location in Hollywood as well. I think at Sunset and Vine.

I found a cockroach in mine at the bottom of it… I threw up and vowed to never eat here again, ever!!!

I looked and looked and looked for this entry because I was at the Beverly Connection Saturday to get my shoes fixed by the shoe wizard and this place was closed and empty.
Too bad I would really like to see the Beverly Connection be completed and successful. I am still annoyed with the HOA for sueing and stopping the progression of the condos and senior housing. I am in favor of saving hold homes and apartment buildings and such but I don’t believe in stopping all development.
