Had to go check out the new Loehmann’s Men’s Store, which I found out is on the 2nd level of the Beverly Connection. Soft opening going on until grand opening on March 4th, plus a March 6th AIDS Project LA shopping event, in which you get 15% off your purchase (print out the flyer below) and 5% of proceeds benefit the organization. Also, found out via a comment left on B+S from someone at Loehmann’s that the discount store has a blog - go figure - which links to the B+S post from a couple days ago.
About the store: good selection of designer labels, particularly lots of premium denim and designer suiting - everything from D&G and Diesel to Michael Kors and Calvin Klein. I spotted a sweet puddy-hued seersucker suit from Original Penguin and loads of James Perse t-shirts. Guys, definitely check it out!

I got a marketing coupon from them in the mail and it looks like the selection and styles are pretty good.
Thanks for this coupon cause i think it’s better then the one I got in the mail.

visited the store on Saturday morning…..not busy at all. I took a look around. They do have some nice stuff. One guy asked if they have a discount rack…and the salesperson replied they will…but right now everything is new stock. There were lots of designer labels. Less casual stuff than I would have preferred- but this store is on par if not better than the men’s shop in New York…and with lots of room to grow of more merchandise.
