Caught up with Rachel Hurn-Maloney, the owner of to-be-opened Envi boutique on 3rd Street, which is in the old Filly boutique and then Rhino Records pop-up store space. So far the exterior has been painted, but what’s to come is organic, eco-friendly apparel for men and women. Expect stylish not crunchy.

This seems like an odd match - Kitson doing bedding for Bed, Bath & Beyond (specifically the one at 11854 West Olympic Boulevard), but I guess it shouldn’t be so surprising that the hyper-trendy boutique would want to go super mass market and bedding is a pretty under-the-radar way to do it.
