On my block we have 2 news homes that are nearing completion. Fortunately I have a few nieghbors whom in the last year have purchased the homes on adjoining lots and started to restore them. Thus saving them from being torn down. I hope that I don't have to face that dilema with any of my adjoining neighbors. Yes it is amazing how many homes have been torn down in the last 12 months in my hood.

It does look ackward compared to the neighbors heightwise. I am surprised though to see so many tear downs in the neighborhood south of this. I guess the R.E. market must be picking up.
