The construction of this building on Beverly Boulevard, just west of Sweetzer, is a bit odd in terms of the order of things. It seems that three office spaces on the top floor are being used, but the other seven spaces have a ways to being finished. Perhaps those are simply the ones that got leased first? Wonder if it’s just a plain ol’ office building or if there’s anything going on below that we can’t see.

I always thought this was a strange building. I noticed this remodel and the fact that there are still tenants the other night and thought that is interesting.

How is this allowed by Building and Safety? And what nutballs would work anywhere near those windows, especially during our windy season?

I live around the corner from this building and it’s been a nightmare! They are constantly drilling or knocking stuff down and it’s just sooo loud. Sometimes they start working as early as 7am. It’s beginning to get out of control. I just want it to be done already!
