The old Doughboys is being torn up inside (see just below), but what’s more interesting is that only the beams are still standing between the Doughboys space and the space right next door at 8132, which is also being redone. Maybe the interiors will be merged?

I hope that dough boys is gone for good. The food there was not good.
I would think if another restaraunt is opening that either the neighborhood council or city would know about it.

Doughboys was OK for breakfast, I went there for dinner once and lets just say “once” is the operative word. I used to go Toast for breakfast but since Alex kindly suggested I try something different, I have been enjoying the pancakes at Dupar’s.

Doughboys has pretty good food, nothing special, but really, it’s all about their deserts ie. the red velvet cake.
Hey Anonymous, Dupar’s pancakes are good, but I usually sit outside, I had a small waterbug (commonly thought of mistakenly as a roach) slowly mosey across my table there a few months ago, and ever since then, I can’t sit inside that place.
