Wow I have been wondering if anyone would combine lots and maybe this will be the first. Either that our a developer is going to build two at the same time. Either way both lots are zoned single family so there won’t be an apartment building or condo going up. Keep us posted.

Same people huh? Figures. You think with a half dozen homes in our zip for sale at over 2 million and a few more about to come on that they would make take a break.

it keeps Rosalie busy. She seems to have a market for the new homes that come up for sale. She certainly built a reputation as the “go to” person for these homes.
