Food Marathon just clued me in on the restaurant opening on Fairfax: “Vinny Dotolo and Jon Shook aka the “Food Dudes” have a catering company and are opening a restaurant at 435 N. Fairfax. Their show on the Food Network didn’t seem to take off, possibly because the Food Network is a bland, lifeless entity and these guys were a little too on the fringe.”
