Formerly Kiwiberri at the strip mall just east of La Cienega on West 3rd Street, has now become Kiwibear. I went in to ask about it, just to make sure I was remembering correctly, and the young girl manning the counter acted very odd about it. Checked online and the Kiwiberri website is down.

ate there once. I guess I bought into the frozen yogurt pink berry or kiwi berry faze for about a minute.

the kiwiberri next to my place changed to swirls and I checked online it seems most of the old kiwiberri’s changed to swirls , I dont know what this kiwibear things all about seems kinda weird??if you ask me kiwiberri and now your kiwibear?? why

The original Kiwiberri in Claremont and the one on 3rd St. are now Kiwibear while all the other ones (Franchaise) are now Swirl. The manager of the Kiwibear 3rd St. told me that everything is the same as before except the name, they changed the name as they don’t want people to associate them with Pinkberry, as Kiwibear is better. She also said that they are not related to Swirls. The yogurt taste the same as before anyways. Never tried Swirls.

Pinkberry paid a lump sum to Kiwiberri to pull down the name. Lucky Kiwiberri because no other Snowberri, Freshberry, Beachberry….so on berry got this deal!
