Now peeps won’t have to walk all that way to the Grove to get Johnny Rockets, the burger joint is opening on the west side of the Beverly Connection. On second thought, walk to the one furthest to you; it might make a slight difference on your midsection post onion rings.

Maybe “re-opening”? There was always one there, before the renovation.

    And Bookstar!

Yes, Bookstar was there too. I spent many an hour there in the early 90’s with a cup of coffee from the then new Starbucks in hand. I heard once upon a time that this was the first Starbucks in LA but I’m not sure if that’s true.

Someone please correct me if I am wrong, but I think the Johnny Rockets was on La Cienega north of Starbucks and Wherehouse and south of Good Guys and south of a walkway from the street to the interior.
