We’ve got our eye on this 1926 3 bedroom, 2 bath Spanish revival on Drexel. The update:
They haven’t torn this house down, but last week they put up the fence and today they cut down a tree in the back yard that was probably 80 years old. This could possibly (but not likely be) all gearing up for a major remodel. But I would still place bets that they are preparing to tear it down.
