Two biggish neighborhood developments this week: 1) Satine owner Jeannie Lee confirmed that the boutique will be moving to the space next to the former Doughboys at 8132 West 3rd Street in Feb or March. And 2) While the Beverly Connection will be losing Steve & Barry’s (the low-cost chain went belly up), it will be getting a Nordstrom Rack in Fall ‘09.

Nordstrom Rack that’s awesome.
I heard that the old site of Splash lost their bank funding and all work has stopped.
