Took these photos of the Panini Cafe construction not too long ago, and it seemed to be in the same state it’s been in for quite sometime. Conroy Commercial reports that the restaurant is still coming to the corner of West 3rd Street and Crescent Heights (the old Splash Spa space), but has come up against some construction delays.

Rumor from another restaraunt owner is that they lost their funding.

Even if it remains an empty shell its better than what was there. Although it would be nice to have Panini Cafe open in the near future.
