The sometimes spectacular and sometimes horrifying thing about the accessibility of doing anything online is that you never know what will land in your inbox. This week, Priestess NYC designer Cody Ross emailed me with all the punctuation of a teenage girl. An excerpt:

Kinda all over the place. Kinda crazy. But you never know. And he’s a designer. You don’t expect a press release. But get to his bio and you’re even more intrigued by his years as a financial analyst in Asia, degree from the London School of Economics, and pattern-construction and design training at London’s Central Saint Martins. Throw in Priestess NYC wearers Juliette Lewis and Bjork, press from i-D and Vogue, and loads of photos of drape-y-sexy-cool metallic dresses, snake-y fabric bangles, and a Mickey Mouse patterned tailored romper and I’m totally sold. I took the fash opp to ask Ross a few Q’s.
