Of course it is a five story building. Sigh. We walked by there just last night and talked about how great it would be to have a little park in the neighborhood.

I stumbled across this site, looking for the owner’s name. I want to ask them to comply with the law and start construction at 8am since this is a residential zone instead of the 7am hour they’re now starting at.

I’m sure not looking forward to a towering behemoth. It’s too soon to say from the construction so far, but the pit starts about 2-3 feet from the building on either side.

I have dealt with the owner before. He complies with the law only when he is compelled to under threat of prosecution. While I don’t think it fair to criticize his ethnic background, his unsavory reputation in the business community is nonetheless well-deserved.
