The property just east of Sweetzer on Blackburn Avenue has laid fallow for some time, but a bulldozer is parked out front (at least as of Sunday) and it looks like there’s pre-construction excavation in progress. Likely, not my dream park, but condos or apartments coming. UPDATE here.
