		<description>I stumbled across this site, looking for the owner’s name. I want to ask them to comply with the law and start construction at 8am since this is a residential zone instead of the 7am hour they’re now starting at.

I’m sure not looking forward to a towering behemoth. It’s too soon to say from the construction so far, but the pit starts about 2-3 feet from the building on either side.</description>
