I doubt they had a choice on the FDC Pipes. But it’s also one of the more interesting and less ugly things about this building.
If memory is correct this was originally going to be condos. I think the private elevators access points to that.
Beverly Hills Adjacent is a term that use to get thrown around here before the Grove was built. After the Grove they started going more for the Beverly Grove name.

I saw these units and they were amazing.!!!
I couldn’t afford it but, I told my friend about these
suites. That’s what I called them at least. He checked them out a week later and got one of them.!!
I couldn’t believe it!!! So Awesome.!!! I love his place.
If there are any left….I highly recommend getting a unit if there are any more left.
