This is the thing, I don’t know if I will ever not refer to the restaurant at 8370 West 3rd Street as anything but Cynthia’s, which may be very annoying to the owners of Restaurant3—which it has been renamed for who knows how long—but it’s very difficult when it’s the same food and ambiance (which is not a bad thing, by the way). I’m just saying…
But onto the news of Restaurant3’s (‘not Cynthia’s,’ as it notes in parentheses on the takeaway menu) recent addition of brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 9am-2pm. Last weekend they were set up with samples of eggs and potatoes and mini mimosas. Of note is the omelet/scramble station ($12), brioche and cheese sandwich ($9), spicy fried chicken breast and eggs ($11), strawberry pancakes with fresh berries ($10) and boneless rib eye and eggs with mozzarella quesadilla and ranchero sauce ($17).

I struggle too. We still call it Cynthia’s but recently found it it’s now Restaurant3 and has been for several years.
