This apartment building on Orlando Avenue, just north of West 3rd Street, has been in dire straits for a long time, literally crumbling in places and seeming to sink into the ground. Just last night, the husband and I walked by and the sad edifice is now wrapped in a fence. Could it be coming down? It’s gotta be beyond repair, as its foundation looks kaput.

The fence has been up for a couple of weeks. I so hope this thing is finally coming down. It looks like it is in pain.
