Curbed reports that West Hollywood realtors are not pleased with the new and almost complete Pavilions at 8969 Santa Monica Boulevard with comments ranging from “aesthetically unappealing & boring” and “dated” to “ugly monster train wreck.”
I don’t remember exactly what it looked like, but I feel like it kinda looks the same…

Even if on the outside it looks like big chain grocer, like the old one, you can bet on the inside it will be nice and new. The old one had a nasty old food sort of vibe….sort of like the grocer that had been at the beverly connection.
