French countrified lifestyle and decor shop Contessa S. Home at 8159 West 3rd Street never answered my query as to whether it was actually moving (I noticed the ‘moving sale’ some time ago) or closing up shop, but one thing is for sure—the space is empty and the ‘for lease’ signs are up. Formerly a book bindery, this is a tough retail space, across from Little Next Door, but with no other retail or crosswalk in proximity.
