I noticed some days ago that there was movement in the former Magenta boutique space at 7952 West 3rd Street , and just yesterday, the husband snapped the photo above right, indicating Jack Miller & Associates Specialty Framing & Mirrors are the new tenants. Sample framing choices were already on the walls. It may make sense to have destination-driven retail and businesses along this stretch (between Edinburgh and Fairfax, where so many boutiques have come and gone) that don’t rely so heavily on foot traffic.
