I never really knew what the deal was with the skeletal Pegasus art at 8200 1/2 West 3rd Street at La Jolla, but I appreciated it being there. I was sad to see it painted over some time ago and wondered what would become of the space. Turns out Frederick Dry Cleaners, already in the building, is using it to expand its business to include custom framing and shoe/bag and other leather repair. OK. Kind of an odd donuts-and-Chinese-food combo, but whatever, it’s very LA.
