Ah, yes, Rachel Pally, who I can always count on for wearable, flattering and sexy options from season to season. For holiday ‘09, find cream to neon pink, a barely-there-lavender to deep purple, pretty tie-dyes and lace prints, all conceived with the designer’s drape-y expertise. Pally’s magic is in her ability to know what to expose and what to keep hidden, a balance she maintains with seemingly effortless aplomb.
