I still haven’t heard anything about incoming Japanese restaurant Agura at 514 North La Cienega Boulevard, have you? The space looks well on its way though, transformed from its former life as Dagmar Design—not only on the exterior, but on the inside as well, where tables and chairs are stacked in the window.

This will be an izakaya type of restaurant, featuring a extensive sake list, per my (translated) convo with proprietor from early Spring.

I heard they will be having a soft opening party this Saturday, 11/7/09
